Our 2025-2026 3K Classes Are Full!!

 

2026-2027 School Year 3K Registration Information:​

• Registration for siblings of past students for the 3-year-old program will be held on Monday, January 26th, 2026 via an online Google form that will be sent in an email that morning by 6:00am.  Registrations will be time-stamped as they come in.

  • Legacy families on our list will be contacted with registration dates and information via email in early January.​

  • If you think you're a legacy family, please email cnsappleton@gmail.com to make sure you're on our email list to receive the Google form link that morning.
     

• Registration for new families for the 3-year-old program will be held on Thursday, January 29th, 2026 via an online Google form that can be accessed here on our website beginning at 6:00am.  Registrations will be time-stamped as they come in and classes will be filled in the order registration forms were time-stamped/received.​​

  • We will start a waitlist if classes fill​ during registration.​

  • If you are a new prospective family and interested in touring our 3K classroom, please email cnsappleton@gmail.com to arrange a visit and tour or have any questions answered.​​​

• 3K students must be 3 by September 1st or 4 on or after June 1st and must be potty trained to attend.

3K Class Times:

We offer two sessions for our 3-year-olds.

• Monday/Wednesday class (8:45am-11:15am)

• Tuesday/Thursday class (8:45am-11:15am)

These classes are taught by a lead teacher and an assistant teacher.

Class sizes will be set at 14 children per class for the 2026-2027 school year, and we will start a waitlist if classes fill during registration.  Please note that class size is subject to change based on enrollment, waitlist, staff & board decisions.​​

3K Tuition and Fees:

Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $600 per semester.  Tuition includes registration fees, instruction, supplies, and a daily snack.  A $200 deposit will be due within one week of receiving your class placement email in order to hold your child’s spot.  The deposit will be applied towards the first semester tuition payment.  Remaining first semester tuition is due at the beginning of September during the 3K Welcome Day.

Deposit Refund Policy (if family withdraws from reserved class spot for any reason):

**all refunds will be in the form of a check mailed to the family​ within 2 weeks of filling out the refund form

• Before August 20th: Family receives $125 of deposit back

• August 20th - 31st: Family receives $75 of deposit back

• After August 31st: No refund

Health Exam & Immunizations:
CNS is a state licensed preschool and as such requires students to have a current health exam and to be up-to-date on immunizations, including the Varicella or Chicken Pox vaccine and the Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV).
